Pick up was directly at our front door however one tour guide came to our hotel in a taxi to pick us up to take us to the bus. The process to pick up and drop off customers was time consuming and made us feel skeptical of the overall

The Tour was really great we got told pick up time is 1:35 but they came a lil bit later cause they also had to pick up other people.the bus was comfortable with ac and Toilet in it.
