Terms we use in this Privacy Statement

Excursion” refers to the various different travel products and services that can be ordered, acquired, purchased, bought, paid, rented, provided, reserved, combined, or consummated by you from the Trip Provider.

VTS” refers to the provider of attractions, parks, museums, sightseeing tours), transportation provider (e.g. car rentals, cruises, trains, flights, bus tours, transfers), tour operators, travel insurances, and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for Trip Reservation on the platform.

Excursion Service” refers to the online purchase, order, payment, or reservation service as offered or enabled by VTS in regards to various products and services as from time to time made available by VTS Website “Excursion Reservation” refers to the order, purchase, payment, booking, or reservation of Excursion.

What kind of personal data does VTS Travel Service collect?

We can’t help you book the perfect Trip without information, so when you use our services there are certain things we ask for. This is typically routine info – your name, preferred contact details, the names of the people traveling with you, and your payment info. You might also decide to submit additional info related to your upcoming Trip (e.g. your anticipated arrival time).

Cancellation Refund and Returns Policy

We go above and beyond our legal obligations. Even though local laws don’t require us to offer specific cancellation rights, we guarantee that we will honour our refunds policy if you cancel your Booking.

The following “Cancellation Refund and Returns Policy” terms apply to all Bookings apart from:

  1. If you cancel: MORE THAN 24 hours before your rental is due to start, you’ll receive a full refund.
  2. LESS THAN 24 hours before or you will get 50 % Refund
  3. AFTER your Excursion is due to start (or if you no-show), you’ll receive no refund.

Other post-booking policies

We may reserve the right to cancel a customer’s booking for a full refund in case of:

  1. Bad weather
  2. Not enough travellers
  3. Incorrect Sales Price

Select a date and time. Choose the number of tickets. Click through to the next page and enter your personal details. After entering your personal details, select your payment method and enter your payment details. Once you’ve entered your payment details successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email once the reservation is confirmed with Administrator. This could take some time based on internet connection You can view your tickets in your confirmation email or the Booking and Trips section of your account.

Vacation Travel Service collects payment on behalf of the attraction operator when you book your tour. You have many options to Pay like PayPal -Pioneer-Bank Account or Cash on Spot with 10 % Deposit in advance

You’ll need to check the policy on the specific ticket you book. Last-minute bookings might not have free cancellation available.

After you cancel, we'll issue a full refund immediately. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 3–10 days to be refunded to your original payment method.
